HAMBURGER POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
2-3 potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 slices American cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown meat; drain. Slice potatoes thin. Alternate in layers meat, potatoes, soup, cheese. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a 2 1/2 quart dish. May be microwaved on high for 25 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
