CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE | |
3 lbs. chicken, cooked & boned 1 c. broth 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 tsp. chili powder 4 tsp. minced onion 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce 8 oz. sharp grated cheese 4 c. Dorito nacho cheese chips Combine soups, seasonings, onion and broth. Heat until well blended. In a 9"x13" pan, layer chips, chicken, sauce and cheese. Repeat layers once. Bake, uncovered 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
