WONTON CRISPS | |
12 wonton skins 2 tsp. butter, melted Nonstick spray coating 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed Brush wonton skins lightly on one side with butter. Cut in half diagonally. Spray a 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan with non-stick coating. Arrange triangles in a single layer in pan, butter side up. Sprinkle with cheese and basil. Bake in a 400 degree oven 7 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
