WONTON DUMPLINGS 
12 oz. pork
6 tbsp. mushrooms, chopped
1 whole green onion, chopped, using both white & green parts or 2 tbsp. white part only
2 egg yolks
Salt & pepper to taste
1 (1 lb.) pkg. wonton skins (3 1/2 x 3 1/2 inch squares)
1 egg, beaten
Creamy Teriyaki sauce

Chop pork, mushrooms and green onions very fine. Mix well with egg yolks. Season with salt and pepper. Place 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of dumpling mix in the center of each wonton skin. Brush all edges with beaten egg and fold into a triangle. Pinch edges to seal them watertight. Brush bottom corners with beaten egg and fold them together to form dumpling. Cook in boiling salted water until done. Be careful not to overcook; they cook quickly.
