BROCCOLI TUNA BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. cooked rice
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 (6 oz.) cans tuna (drained)
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Partially cook broccoli; drain. Combine with soup, rice, milk, lemon juice and tuna. Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
