CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

About 2 rows chocolate cookies
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING:

2 lbs. cream cheese
4 eggs
1/4 lb. chocolate, melted
1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. Kahlua

TOPPING:

2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. Kahlua
1/4 c. sugar

Mix cookies, butter, and sugar together and put on bottom and side of a 10 inch springform pan. Set aside. In bowl, mix filling ingredients together and pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Mix topping ingredients. Spread topping over cheesecake and bake for 10 more minutes.
