BAKERY ICING 
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
2 egg whites
1/2 c. cold water (start with less than 1/2 c., then can always add more)
1 heaping tsp. salt
Vanilla (1 tsp. artificial, less if pure vanilla)
1/4 tsp. almond flavoring

Beat all together until smooth. Brush crumbs from cake. Seal cake with icing and air dry. Apply second coat and decorate as desired.
