CHEESY HAM AND EGG CUPS 
6 sq. slices boiled ham
6 eggs
Salt and pepper
1 oz. (1/4 c.) shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Generously grease 6 muffin cups. Carefully fit 1 ham slice in bottom and up sides of each cup. Break egg into center of cup over ham slice. Sprinkle eggs with salt and pepper. Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until eggs are set. Remove from oven; remove foil. Sprinkle eggs with cheese; replace foil. Let stand about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately. 6 servings.
