EGG BREAKFAST 
1 pkg. frozen hash brown
Chunks of ham
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 - 2 c. Colby cheese, shredded

Place frozen hash browns on bottom of 9 x 12 inch greased pan. Place ham bits over top. Mix 6 eggs with the 1 cup milk. Add salt, pepper and onion to above. Pour over potatoes. Spread the shredded cheese over top. cover with aluminum foil loosely. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Can be made up night before and kept in refrigerator until ready to bake.
