EGG MAC-BREAKFAST 
1 English muffin
1 tsp. butter
1 egg
2 slices thin sliced ham
1 slice processed cheese

1. Split and toast the English muffin.

2. Place butter in a custard cup or sauce dish. Cook for 30 seconds or just until melted.

3. Carefully break egg into dish. Pierce yolk 2 or 3 times. Cook, covered with plastic wrap, for 30 to 35 seconds. Let stand covered for 1 minute.

4. Carefully remove cover. Put egg on the toasted English muffin. Top egg with cheese, ham and muffin top.

5. Cook for 30 seconds, or until cheese begins to melt.

Add fruit juice and a glass of milk for a quick, hearty breakfast.
