CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets, cut very thin
1/2 lb. boiled ham
1/4 lb. gruyere cheese (or American cheese)

TOPPING:

1/2 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick melted butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese to taste

Brush each piece of chicken with melted butter. Place a piece of ham and cheese on each piece of chicken. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over chicken. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
