LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 Duncan Hines pudding cake mix
18 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix dry cake mix with 1 egg, 1/3 cup oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mixture into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degree. Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice, 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool and cut in squares.
