LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 yellow cake mix, pudding added
1 egg
1/3 c. oil
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together cake mix, egg and oil; mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of mixture; pat remaining mix lightly into ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat together until light and smooth the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and lemon juice. Spread mixture on top of baked cake and sprinkle reserved cup of crumbly mixture on top. Bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until edges start to brown. Cool and cut into 30 bars. Note: best to make day before and refrigerate.
