LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 yellow cake mix (pudding in mix)
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 egg

Mix dry cake mix with the oil and 1 egg until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup and pat remaining lightly in an ungreased 9x13x2 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool. Cut into bars.
