1 Duncan Hines pudding recipe yellow cake mix or regular yellow cake mix + 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix cake mix and pudding if used, 1 egg, 1/3 cup oil until crumbly; reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and 1 egg until light and fluffy. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mix. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool; cut into bars.
