1 pkg. (approx. 1 lb. 3 oz.) cake mix (egg-free, such as "Jiffy" brand)
1/3 c. liquid (fruit juice, applesauce, or mashed banana)

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease baking sheet.

Add liquid to cake mix and mix until smooth. Roll out on floured board and cut into desired shapes. Place on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. (2 dozen)

Variation: Drop Cookies: Add 1/2 cup liquid to cake mix. Drop dough by tablespoonful on baking sheet. Bake 15-18 minutes until lightly browned.
