1 pkg. cake mix (any flavor)
1 egg
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix cake mix, egg and mayonnaise together. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased baking sheet. May be topped with walnuts or pecan halves.

Bake until edges are golden at 350°F.

Sweet 'N Low cake mix may be used for a sugar-free cookie. Two tablespoons of applesauce and 3 to 4 tablespoons of milk may be substituted for the mayonnaise.
