STUFFED ROUND STEAK ROLLS 
Thin strips of beef (1 lb.)
Brown mustard
Chopped onion
1 lb. strips of raw bacon
Raw mushrooms

Cut meat in thin strips 1 to 2 inches wide. Spread each strip of meat with brown mustard, chopped onion and strip of bacon. Roll meat tightly; fasten with toothpick.

Roll meat in flour and brown well. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours. Add mushrooms for the last hour. OR bake meat in oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Add mushrooms for the last hour.

Serve over noodles or rice.
