LEMON - HONEY GLAZED YAMS 
2 (16 oz.) cans yams, well drained
3 tbsp. butter
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/2 c. honey
Pam

Arrange yams in 13 x 9 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Combine lemonade concentrate, honey and butter in 1 quart saucepan sprayed with Pam over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil 10 minutes until thickened. Pour over yams. Bake in 350 degree oven basting often 20 to 25 minutes until nicely glazed. Garnish with thin lemon slices.
