LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box lemon Jello
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. hot water
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract

Mix Jello in hot water and set aside. Mix together cake mix, oil, eggs and lemon extract. Add Jello mixture and stir well. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.

Glaze for cake: Mix together the juice of 1 large orange and the juice of 1/2 lemon and the grated rind from both and 2 cups powdered sugar. Pour over cake while cake is still hot. Punch holes in the cake with a toothpick to let the glaze soak in.

Or: 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 small can frozen lemonade, thawed.
