LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. water
Scant 3/4 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs

Preheat oven 325 degrees. Mix Jello and cake mix. Add water, flavoring and oil. Beat eggs in until thick. Bake in tube pan 50-55 minutes. Sticks easy - grease and flour pan. Do not open oven until done!

SAUCE:

Combine in saucepan: 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. water 1 egg, well beaten 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. lemon rind

Combine all and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly just until mixture starts to boil. Do not boil. Pour over cake.
