LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Cool until lukewarm. Mix cake mix with salad oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add lemon extract and cooled Jello, mixing at slow speed. Pour into bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and poke with toothpicks and ice with 2 cups powdered sugar and juice of 2 lemons.
