CHEESECAKE (NEW YORK STYLE) 
1 1/2 lbs. ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
1 lb. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
5 tbsp. flour

Beat all ingredients together well, then pour into greased spring form pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Put cinnamon and cherry pie filling on top of cake. Shut off oven and let cheesecake stand in closed oven for an additional hour.
