JOHNNY MOZETTI (MEXICAN DISH) 
3 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. chopped onions
3 green pepper, chopped
1 bunch celery, chopped
3 (8 oz.) cans cut mushrooms
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 jar Marinara sauce
1 bottle stuffed olives, chopped
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
2 pkg. wide egg noodles

Brown beef and drain. Brown onions and peppers, not celery. Combine all ingredients; bake in 2 baking dishes (9 x 13 inches) at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This may be frozen and baked later. Serves 18.
