MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
2 1/4 c. lowfat milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
6 packets Sweet One (granulated sugar substitute)
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter (can use butter)

In 2-quart microwave dish, stir milk and cornstarch together until cornstarch dissolves completely. Stir in sugar, cocoa, Sweet One, and salt. Cook on 100% power (high) 6 minutes or until thickened, stirring several times. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into individual serving dishes and cover with plastic wrap, then refrigerate. Makes five 1/2 cup servings, 125 calories per serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
