GERMAN APPLE CAKE | |
3 eggs 1 c. salad oil 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 4 c. chopped apples 1 c. nuts Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat egg until foamy. Add oil and sugar. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Beat until well mixed. Add apples, vanilla and nuts. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees. FROSTING: 1/4 c. butter 3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese |
