SUPPER POPOVERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped onions

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Brown meat and drain. Add next 6 ingredients. Heat to boiling, cook 1 minute. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with cheese.

Beat egg, milk and flour with hand beater. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle with onions. Bake 30 minutes.
