2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients, ignore lumps. Pour into 6 cold, greased cup custard cups or muffin tin. Place in cold oven. Turn oven to 450 degrees for 20 minutes without peeking.
