IMPOSSIBLE LASAGNA PIE 
1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef or turkey, cooked & drained
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano
2/3 c. baking mix
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Paprika

Grease 10 inch microwavable pie plate. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in pie plate. Mix cooked meat, 1/2 cup Mozzarella, oregano, basil and tomato paste. Spoon evenly over top. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth 15 seconds in blender on high, or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate; sprinkle with paprika.

Microwave uncovered on inverted dinner plate on medium high (705), rotate 1/4 turn every 6 minutes, until knife comes out clean, 18 to 22 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
