IMPOSSIBLE LASAGNA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. biscuit mix
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add oregano, basil, tomato paste and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, mixing well. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in greased 10 inch pie plate. Spoon ground beef mixture over cheese.

Combine milk, biscuit mix, eggs, salt and pepper in blender container. Process on high for 15 seconds. Pour over ground beef mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Yields 6 servings.
