CHEESE-PEPPER-POTATOES | |
5 or 6 medium potatoes, raw, peeled and sliced 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, cut or shredded 1/2 green pepper, cut fine 1 1/2 c. milk, heated 1/2 tsp. salt Butter bottom of casserole. Place alternate layers of potato, cheese, green pepper, having cheese layer on top. Add heated milk and salt; bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4-5. |
