PEPPER COATED CHEESE WHEEL 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese & chives, soft
1 1/4 c. Muenster cheese (5 oz.)
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pepperoni, finely chopped
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper

Stir together cream cheese, muenster and pepperoni. Shape into a 4 x 1 1/2 inch wheel. On wax paper, combine red pepper and paprika. Roll and pat wheel with this mixture until coated. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Can store in refrigerator 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.
