ITALIAN RICOTTA CAKE | |
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese 4 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 3 tsp. Creme de Cacao 1 box yellow cake mix (no pudding) Beat Ricotta, eggs, sugar and Creme de Cocao until creamy. Set aside. Make cake by following directions on box. Pour cake batter into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Drizzle Ricotta mixture over batter and bake 45 to 55 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool. Dust with powdered sugar. Keep refrigerated. |
