BASIC MEATLOAF 
1 slice bread, torn in pieces
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey burger

TOPPING:

1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix bread, onion, celery, egg, garlic, salt and pepper. Crumble ground beef into mixture, blend thoroughly. Press in loaf pan 9 x 5 inches.

Microwave at high (100%) until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees 13 to 15 minutes. Rotate meat loaf once or twice during cooking. Spread with topping.

Microwave at medium (50%) until catsup is heated, 2 or 3 minutes. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
