MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1-2 cans (sm.) chopped or sliced ripe olives
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1-3 cans diced green chilies (to taste)
2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg. tortilla chips, slightly crushed

Brown beef. Drain fat. Add garlic salt, olives and tomato sauce. Mix together sour cream, cottage cheese, chilies and Jack cheese.

In 12 x 8 inch casserole dish, layer twice: crushed tortilla chips, meat mixture, cheese mixture. Top with crushed chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serves 6-8.
