GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans green beans, whole or French
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. chopped green onion

Melt butter in large saucepan. Add flour, sugar and onion. Add remaining. Mix; place into buttered casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
