1 (9 oz.) box frozen beans, French style
1 (9 oz.) box frozen yellow corn
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 c. soft bread cubes or crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Mix together all ingredients except bread cubes and butter, and place in a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Saute bread cubes in butter and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
