TUNA BAKE 
1/4 c. butter
1 can tuna
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1 can French fried onions
4 to 5 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced

Melt butter in 2 quart glass dish for 10 seconds. Arrange potato slices in bottom of dish, cover and cook 10 minutes on high. Potatoes should be almost done. Combine milk and soup in 4 cup glass bowl. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes. Spread tuna and cheese over potatoes. Pour heated soup over potatoes and tuna. Top with French fried onions. Microwave uncovered 5 to 7 minutes or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
