MEXICAN COOKIES 
1 box graham cookies
2 sticks (4 oz. each) butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Break apart enough graham crackers to cover bottom of jelly roll pan. (15 1/2x10 1/2x1 1/8 inches) Combine butter and sugar in saucepan, bring to boil and boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add chopped pecans. Spread over graham crackers. Bake at 350 degrees 8 minutes. When cook, break apart.
