MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened frozen orange juice, thawed
1 c. Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges, drained

Crush crackers finely and add melted butter and sugar. Press mixture firmly into 9"x13"x2" pan. Reserve a few crumbs for top.

Blend thawed juice and milk. Stir in Cool Whip and oranges. Fold gently. Pour mixture over crumb crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate or freeze until serving time.
