HOT RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. mild sausage
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds
1 c. long grain rice
1 chopped onion
2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup
4 c. hot water

Brown sausage in heavy skillet. Add onions, celery and bell pepper; saute until vegetables are clear. Stir in the remainder of the ingredients and pour into a large 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Cover and set aside in refrigerator to marinate for several hours (overnight preferred). Then bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
