4 env. Knox unflavored gelatin 1/2 c. cold water 1 1/2 c. boiling water 2 (6 oz.) cans frozen fruit juice concentrate (except pineapple), unthawed In medium bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand 1 minute. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved; stir in fruit juice concentrate. Pour into 5 ounce paper cups; insert wooden ice cream sticks and chill until firm. Makes 8 pops. |
