MUSHROOM BEER CHOPS 
1 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 (12 oz.) can of beer
1/2 c. chopped green onion
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
4 (1 1/2 inch) thick boneless loin chops

Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Brown chops quickly on both sides. Remove, reserve. Add onion, garlic to skillet. Saute 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, thyme, saute 1 minute. Return chops to skillet, add beer and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with noodles.
