CRANBERRY CHUNK SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. jellied cranberry sauce, chunked
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. diced walnuts (optional)
1 c. banana
1 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream (or Cool Whip)

Cream together cream cheese, salad dressing, lemon juice and salt. Add crushed pineapple, walnuts, banana and whipping cream. Fold in cranberry sauce.

Line a loaf pan with two sheets of waxed paper. Fill the loaf pan with the mixture and place in freezer overnight.

30 minutes before serving, take the salad out of the freezer. Dip the loaf pan in warm water and turn frozen salad onto a platter. Spread a thin layer of whipping cream over the top and sides. Slice and serve.
