Boost calcium with this healthful snack.

2 c. cold skim milk
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
1 c. crushed ice
1/2 med. orange with peel, quartered OR 1 c. strawberries (fresh or frozen, unsweetened) OR 1 med. peach, peeled, pitted and quartered
