“CRISS-CROSS CRANBERRY PIE” IS IN:

CRISS-CROSS CRANBERRY PIE 
1 pound (4 cups) cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon melted butter
Pie crust

Chop cranberries and mix with remaining ingredients. Fill pie plate lined with pastry, and arrange strips of pie crust criss-cross over the top.

Bake in a moderate oven, 375°F., 45-50 minutes.
