CRISS CROSS PEANUT BUTTER
COOKIES
 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. peanut butter
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda

Cream shortening and sugar well. Add eggs, blend add peanut butter. Add flour, salt and soda and mix a little at a time. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Form into small balls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Criss cross with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
