SAUERKRAUT CHOP SUEY 
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground lean beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (#2) can sauerkraut
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (10 oz.) can water
1/2 c. raw rice

Brown meat and onions; drain off fat. Add rest of ingredients. Put in casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
