SAUERKRAUT HOT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. lg. egg noodles, cooked & drained
1 can sauerkraut (or 2 c.)
1 can cream of chicken soup

Brown hamburger and onion together; salt and pepper to taste. Drain liquid off of hamburger. Mix all ingredients together in 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
