SAUERKRAUT, POTATOES AND HOT
ROLLS
 
4-5 loaves frozen bread
1 lg. can or 2 pkgs. sauerkraut
3-4 lg. onions
Dill weed
3 sticks butter
Salt and pepper
4-6 mashed potatoes

Cut loaf bread into 8th's. Let rise.

Brown onions in butter. Add sauerkraut, salt, pepper and dill to taste. Simmer 10 minutes. Add potatoes. Let cool. Take a cut of dough, stretch over palm of hand. Fill with sauerkraut, fold and seal. Place on cookie sheet. Let rise. Bake 350 degrees 1/2 to 3/4 hours. You can add hot dogs or Kielbasa.
